Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and implement ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs.
- Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
- Design and implement custom scripts, reports, and workflows within ERPNext.
- Provide user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERPNext development and customization.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture and module development.
- Experience with database management (MySQL).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in implementing ERPNext for manufacturing, finance, or HR modules.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong project management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
