We’re building one of India’s most forward-looking cybersecurity learning ecosystems — bringing together professionals, learners, and industry experts through a collaboration between Academia and ourselves - a leading technology partner.

We’re now seeking a Head of Community — a strategic leader who can design, launch, and scale this professional network into a thriving ecosystem of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

This isn’t a moderation role — it’s a movement-building one. You’ll architect the frameworks, culture, and engagement models that connect current learners, alumni, mentors, and industry practitioners.

You’ll shape how a new generation of cybersecurity professionals learn together, grow together, and stay connected long after graduation.

Job Duties:

• Define the Community Vision: Craft and execute a multi-year strategy to build a dynamic, self-sustaining cybersecurity network across multiple cohorts.
• Design Engagement Architecture: Develop the structures, rituals, and programs (events, mentorship, knowledge sharing, etc.) that foster belonging and value creation.
• Lead Growth & Partnerships: Collaborate with academia, industry partners, and alumni to co-create opportunities for members — from career advancement to research to collaboration.
• Shape Content & Communication: Build a storytelling rhythm — spotlighting member success, emerging trends, and thought leadership within the community.
• Build and Mentor a Team: As the network grows, identify and empower community leads and ambassadors to scale engagement sustainably.
• Measure and Evolve: Establish KPIs for engagement, retention, and impact; continuously refine based on feedback and analytics.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 6–12 years of experience in community leadership, learning ecosystem design, or professional network building.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience launching or scaling impactful communities (in edtech, tech, or alumni contexts).
• Excellent communicator who can connect people and ideas across industries.
• Passionate about education, cybersecurity, or lifelong learning.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and designing from first principles.
