We are looking for a Senior iOS/Android Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with native and/or cross-platform frameworks, and will be responsible for leading mobile development projects from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) applications.
- Lead architecture, design decisions, and code reviews for mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, product managers) to define and deliver new features.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
- Optimize performance, usability, and security of mobile apps.
- Ensure compliance with App Store (App Store) and Google Play guidelines and manage deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong command of Swift / Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin / Java (Android).
- Experience with mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Solid understanding of UI frameworks, animations, and responsive design.
- Experience integrating with APIs, JSON, WebSockets, push notifications, and background services.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
- Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Firebase, AWS Mobile).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Understanding of mobile analytics, A/B testing, and user behaviour tracking.
