We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, in-depth technical content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop content aligned with our technology solutions and business goals.

Job Duties:

• Plan, develop, and maintain product documentation including user guides, API docs, release notes, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, concise content tailored to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather information and ensure timely documentation updates aligned with product releases.
• Develop and enforce content standards, style guides, and documentation workflows for consistency and quality.
• Lead information architecture and taxonomy decisions to improve content discoverability.
• Mentor junior writers or contractors and review their work for quality and compliance.
• Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve documentation effectiveness and usability.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• 8+ years of experience in technical writing/content creation within the technology or cybersecurity/software industry.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like Diffchecker, Microsoft Word, Google Docs etc. and SEO tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, cloud computing, security concepts, or developer tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content structuring for the web.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and publishing workflows.
• Exposure to developer relations (DevRel) or developer advocacy content.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX documentation and visual communication.
