Motion Graphics & UI Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer responsible for creating engaging product videos, motion graphics, UI/UX visuals, 2D/3D animations, presentation templates, and digital design assets.

The candidate will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and business teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual content including product demonstrations, explainer videos, 3D/CG animations, UI designs, PowerPoint templates, and brand assets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, video production, UI/UX design, and AI-powered creative tools to produce static and dynamic content.

Key Responsibilities

1.Motion Graphics & Video Production​​​​​

• Create professional 2D and 3D motion graphics videos for product marketing, demonstrations, and digital campaigns.
• Develop product explainer videos, animations, and visual storytelling content.
• Create video mockups, compositing (comps), transitions, and visual effects.
• Design original motion graphic concepts including:
  • Animations
  • Infographics
  • Product walkthroughs
  • Technical illustrations
  • Data visualizations
• Create CG/3D content for:
  • Product launches
  • On-air design packages
  • Original series concepts
  • Digital platforms

2.Product Visualization & Branding

• Translate product requirements into compelling visual experiences.
• Conceptualize visuals based on business and product requirements.
• Create:
  • Product videos
  • Demo animations
  • Sales enablement content
  • Marketing collateral
  • Social media assets
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines:
  • Fonts
  • Colors
  • Layout
  • Visual identity

3.Presentation & Communication Design

• Create product-specific PowerPoint templates.
• Design professional presentations for:
  • Product teams
  • Sales teams
  • Customer presentations
  • Executive briefings
• Develop reusable design systems and presentation frameworks.

4.Graphic Design

 Responsibilities include:

• Creating images and layouts manually or using design software.
• Developing:
  • Illustrations
  • Logos
  • Icons
  • Marketing graphics
  • Digital assets
• Prepare:
  • Wireframes
  • Storyboards
  • Design concepts
  • Visual prototypes

5.UI/UX Design

• Design user interfaces and digital experiences.
• Convert concepts into:
  • High-fidelity UI designs
  • Interactive prototypes
  • User journeys
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation quality.
• Understand:
  • Responsive design
  • Web/mobile interfaces
  • Design systems

6.AI-Based Design & Creative Tools

The candidate should actively use AI tools for:

• Image generation
• Video generation
• Motion design acceleration
• Concept visualization
• Content enhancement

Experience with tools such as:

• Adobe Firefly
• Midjourney
• Runway
• Stable Diffusion
• DALL-E
• AI video generation tools
• is preferred.

7.Collaboration & Project Management
