Role Overview - We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Cyber Range and Cyber Crisis Simulation platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical pre-sales engagements, solution demonstrations, customer workshops, training delivery, and proposal development for enterprise and government customers.
The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cyber range technologies, attack simulation, cyber defense exercises, SOC simulation, and hands-on training environments, along with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Experience –7+ years overall experience and past 4+ years hands-on experience with Cyber Range, Cyber Crisis Simulation, and Cyber Defense Training platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Pre-Sales Activities
- Conduct customer discovery and technical requirement gathering sessions
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations
- Position cyber range and cyber simulation solutions aligned to customer use cases
- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot deployments, and evaluations
- Create customized customer presentations, solution decks, and demo scenarios
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to support business opportunities
Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with any global Cyber range product or Crisis Simulation Solution.
Experience with:
- SOC simulation
- Red Team / Blue Team exercises
- Tabletop cyber crisis exercises
- Incident response simulation
- Attack emulation

Training & Enablement Responsibilities
- Deliver customer and internal training sessions on cyber range platforms
- Conduct live attack-defense simulation workshops
- Create cyber exercise scenarios and simulation use cases
- Assist customers in designing cyber readiness and crisis response exercises
- Support cyber drills and simulation events
Proposal & Documentation
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Create technical proposals and architecture documents
- Develop implementation and deployment plans
- Prepare statements of work (SOW) and technical response documents
- Build customized customer-specific demonstration content
