- Lead generation using social media tools, social media tools, research etc.
- Running email campaigns and mailers to a focused database
- CRM management and ensuring all details on CRM is updated
- Followup with leads over emails or calls and schedule meetings/demos for sales team
- Telecalling to prospects
- Managing the sales force tool and ensure leads are updated regularly.
- Funnel follow-up with partners and system integrators
- Assist sales team and technical team to respond to tenders, RFP etc.
- Ensure website has latest information with respect to product updates
- Helping /advising on improving the website
- Running of online events/ webinars
- Co-ordinate with OEM to create Webinar calendar
- Pre Sales Specialist
