  • Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Assist in the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
